Josef Newgarden had a tough race at the 2016 GP of St. Petersburg.
After a decent qualifying run he started 12th, but

finished last after an electrical problem kept him from finishing the race.

St. Pete is not one of Josef's best race courses. His highest finish in 5 starts there is 9th and he has two finishes of 22nd or worse.
Luckily St. Pete is behind him and he can move on to the oval in Phoenix!!!
