2017 Indycar Texas 600

Charlie Kimball won the first Indycar pole position of his career as the series visited the Texas Motor Speedway.  Two hundred forty eight laps later, with 66 laps under caution, there were just 6 cars left on the lead lap as Will Power won his second race at Texas. It was a race of attrition as just 8 of the 22 starting cars were running at the end.

1. Will Power: The 31st win of his Indycar career.
2. Tony Kanaan: Was in the mix in a few crashes but managed to stay out of trouble.
3. Simon Pagenaud: Fourth Top 10 in 6 starts at Texas.
4. Graham Rahal: His 5th Top 10 of the season.
5. Gabby Chaves: His best finish ever in Indycar in Harding Racing Teams 2nd race.
6. Marco Andretti: His best finish since Fontana 2015.
7. Conor Daly: His best finish this season.
8. Max Chilton: His third Top 10 of the season.
9. Scott Dixon: Lowest finish of the season other than his crash at the Indy 500.
10. Takuma SatoHis fourth Top 10 in a row.
