Our little sister, Alex's favorite driver is Josef Newgarden, however 'favorite driver' is a bit of an understatement. To know Alex is to know who Jofes (as she pronounces his name) Newgarden is.
It all started innocently enough when she met him at an autograph session in Indianapolis in 2012. She got his autograph, and he joked with her about wearing her beloved Minnie Mouse hat. She's been hooked ever since.

She would only ride the elevator at the hotel that had his picture in it, she changed her 5th birthday party theme from kitties to Josef Newgarden and she hasn't shut up about him since.
One good thing is it makes it easy to give her gifts.

| It was pretty easy to guess what Alex wanted to be for Halloween. Go Josef! We hope he will be around for many years so that Alex stays so interested in our favorite sport. |
